Sunflower Soap

These Summer sunflowers were made with love.

And Brazilian Yellow Clay.

And Cinnamon.

And Sweet Orange Oil.

What can I say? Sunflowers for August?

Had to break-out these moulds for that purpose. I’m currently using the Brazilian yellow clay, also, for a special soap I have coming-down but the yellow that comes out of it I knew would be fitting for flowers.

Clays are excellent at drawing any impurities out of the skin. Brazilian yellow clay, in particular, is purifying but also cleanses the pores and improves the elasticity of the skin. Cinnamon (the centers of the sunflower) is antiseptic and increases collagen synthesis. Sweet orange oil is full of vitamin c, is antibacterial and helps reduce dark spots.

All in all, this soap smells great!

This soap is made with saponified oils of coconut, olive, castor and shea. With Brazilian yellow clay, sweet orange essential oil, dried cinnamon, with the smallest touch of sugar to bring out the cinnamon scent.
